We want you (and your pup) to love every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Because every dog deserves gear that fits, and every golf-loving pet parent deserves a stress-free shopping experience. Please review our policy below — and don't hesitate to reach out if you need help.

At Par & Pup, every item is thoughtfully made just for your pup after your order is placed. This made-to-order process helps reduce waste and allows us to create unique products you'll love.

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund when appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our production process begins quickly after an order is placed.

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee changes once production has started, we'll always do our best to help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost during transit, please contact us.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
