During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows a delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us at parandpup@gmail.com

We'll gladly work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package and keep you updated throughout the process.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is entered, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order enters production or ships. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We'll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
